Join us tonight for an evening of expansion to growth with Tantric Techniques developing your awareness

of your natural internal strength showing you methods to exude at all times to create unconditional love in all areas of your world. The simple exercises will show you how easy it is to tap into the beauty and bliss within and share this without.

The evening will provide you with experience and explanation to further enhance your understanding and desire to incorportate the exercises into your daily life.

Tantra - to Weave - some think it is all about sex, hey but it is far beyond that - Practice brings a weaving of awareness, honesty, openness and joy into your work life, your friendships, your family, partnerships, sex life and your view of self, that we often miss in our busy day to day lives. 5 Week Tantra Course - Introduction to the Chakras

Join us for a journey of 5 weeks travelling through the chakras.

Learn tantric exercises and meditation techniques that you will be able to combine to assist in your wellbeing and movement towards greater unity with self and others.   Throughout the course access to p ersonal support and guidance is provided to ensure you are able to utilise the information for your greater good both during the 5 weeks and beyond.

This course is suitable for those that have no or a b asic understanding of the spiritual path of Tantric Yoga and wish to learn or expand their knowledge of tantric meditational techniques.  Each session uses the Ipsalu Formula as its basis, utilising different exercises to introduce awareness and knowledge of each major chakra. You will learn a practice that is easy and adaptable allowing you further develop the ability to build and utilise the precious energy within you at any time.

Discussion of the philosophy behind the practice is an integral part of these weekly meetings, s o come along

Advanced Tantra Practice Group - 8 Month Practice Group



  All students who have completed the Introductory Level "Expand and Delight your Being" Course are invited to join this Advanced Group. This group is run on a monthly basis for a period of 8 months. In each session there is indepth focus on a specific chakra, appropriate practices and an opportunity to develop individual routines for each student to incorporate into their life dependant on their spiritual advancement and personal needs.

Students are invited to join me in practice each week if desired. Personal support is given in person, via telephone or email as required by each individual student to ensure adequate support is given as the student journeys through the polarities of each chakra. Groups are kept to a minimum to ensure personal attention can be given to every participant

Cost: $300.00

Extensive Notes and Herbal Teas Provided

Classes are generally run on Thursday evenings, although there is freedom to discuss changes of dates and times to suit the class

Expand Your Passion 2 day Workshop

Building your knowledge of tantric and communication techniques is what this workshop is all about, the aim is to enhance your ability to realise and accept self, enrich your ability to relate to others and your availability for intimacy in your primary partnership.

This workshop will give you experience in simple and effective techniques to build your innate sexaul energy and use it to enhance all aspects of self. In doing so you will enable yourself to be more receptive to accepting and giving love. Couples and singles are invited to join us and gain expansion of self from this workshop.

The Ipsalu Tantra Practicum

The Ipsalu Tantra Practicum is provided to help you incorpora te into your daily life the principles and practices offered in "Jewel in the Lotus" and "The Ipsalu Formula". In 12 monthly lessons the Practicum presents a step-by-step process that guides you to an experience of Ipsalu Tantra.

For those who wish to receive the Cosmic Cobra Breath, the Practicum is also an alternative to attending a Level 1 course. By working the first 3 lessons of the Practicum, and receiving 4 sessions (in person or by phone) with a certified Ipsalu Mentor, the student can be fully prepared for and supported in the Cobra Breath practice.   Christine offers students the opportunity for personal mentoring and support.

Each lesson includes:

     • Suggestions to enhance your sexual experience, energy and awareness;

     • Technical insights, deeper understanding of how the energy works;

     • Energy experiments with application to daily life;

     • Lifestyle suggestions to support your process (diet, etc.);

     • A reading assignment of manageable; length;

     • A writing assignment inviting you to clarify your thoughts and feelings about the ideas presented; and

     • A daily practice, exploring powerful tantric techniques appropriate to that lesson.

Through direction to experiment, observe and journal you will learn how to use The Ipsalu Formula in all aspects of your life:

Options for Ipsalu Tantra Practicum

You may choose to explore this Practicum alone, however there is a powerful advantage to having a Mentor to guide you through the lessons.

Christine is a Certified Ipsalu Mentor, and as such is knowledgeable, trained and experienced in the method, and will work with you privately, within a group or with your partner to provide you with the method that that offers you the greatest support in this exciting challenge of learning to live each moment with Tantra. The Ipsalu Tantra Practicum can be accessed through Tantrika International. Having purchased your desired number of lessons, you will be provided with a password for each lesson. You will also need copies of "Jewel in the Lotus" and "The Ipsalu Formula: A Method for Tantric Bliss"; ito accompany your Practicum experience.
