5 week Workshop

Travel from Base to Crown

Commencing Thursday 19th April from 7 pm to 9 pm

and running as a weekly class each Thursday for the 5 weeks

To be held at the Monbulk Clinic, 45 Main Road Monbulk, Victoria 

This workshop will take you on a journey of discovery as you move from one chakra to the other incorporating tantric yoga exercises, theoretic sessions and discussion you will find this workshop especially valuable to enhance your understanding and awareness of self in any given moment.
