Welcome to The Red Tent

My daughter, Peta, and I invite women of all ages (minimum 12 years) to join us and share in the wealth of wisdom, support and understanding generated in our

Women's Red Tent Circle.

Women supporting the essence of being woman and honouring that aspect in each other. 

Our circles are run as close to the new moon as possible, and  bring in  the sharing of skills, this year will see the incorporation of  a number of the feminine arts including Henna application, Flower garlands, Makeup, Colour combination, Movement, Dance, Drumming and the progression from maiden, through motherhood and on to wise woman.

Women's Red Tent Circle

  Pisces New Moon Circle

  Friday February 24th 2012, 7.30 pm - 10 pm

Is it time to share in laughter, knowledge, reality and open honesty in the giving and receiving of support? 

Then join our wonderful group of like minded women and have a great refreshing night out.

Peta and I invite you to share the space of the the Red Tent Circle with women of all ages to enjoy,  and honour the essence of being a woman at any stage of life.

The Piscean New Moon occurs on February 22nd 2012, and heralds a time of reflection on the past astrological year and movement into a new one. 

It is a time to bring awareness to our higher selves, to acknowledge our abilities and value with the wisdom of what we have achieved. 

Our February Circle will nurture you with massage giving you the time and space to bring some awareness to yourself.  You will also learn how to deliver a nurturing massage to another, bringing a circle to honour the goddess in each other.

 

The Red Tent or moonlodge was a place where women would traditionally gather each month to share knowledge and skills, meditation, experiences and channel wisdom for themselves, each other and the greater community.  These evenings are fun and soul nourishing as we share wisdom, knowledge and understanding.

Bring along your mothers, sisters, aunts, neices and girlfriends to share their experiences, hopes, and plans.

Please bring a plate of food to share with the group and assist in grounding our energy
